Lemon Yogurt Pasta Sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup labneh

1/4 cup grated parmesan

1 tablespoon oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 clove garlic, crushed


In a saucepan over low heat, sautee garlic in oil, then add all other ingredients.

Mix well. Once the sauce is warm,

mix with pasta. Makes 4 servings for every 8 ounces of sauce
