What makes a "Pink smoothie - muesli bowl"? This is a breakfast that will surely boost your day. Savor it with Pink Lady Strawberry smoothie and twist it with whole dried cranberries/dried fruits, purple star crunch, dark chocolate, chia seeds, muesli, and more!
INGREDIENTS
1 sachet pink lady oatmilk (30g)
1 cup (250 mL) frozen strawberries
1/2 cup (150 mL) pac 37cranberries
1 cup (60 mL) purple star crunch
1/2 cup(7.5 mL) ground flaxseed
1 cup (15 ml) almond cashew butter
2 tsp (10 mL) chia seeds
1 cup (120 mL) muesli
fervor dark chocolate (30-40g)
PREPARATION
Cut 1 strawberry into thin slices. Set aside sliced fruit, 1sachet pink lady oatmilk (30g) and 15 mL almond cashew butter. And prepare your measured nuts, grains and the seeds for topping.
In a blender, combine sliced strawberries, pink lady oatsmilk and; purée until smooth. Pour into chilled bowls and top with pac 37 cranberries, muesli, dark chocolate, chia seeds, purple star crunch and ground flaxseeds. Serve immediately.
