structure of helpful acetic acids. As with many things in natures, in it's  unpasteurized and unrefined form the acetic acid created in the secondary fermentation process is a component of the finished vinegar.
Unfiltered vinegar have a murky appearance. Natural Apple Cider Vinegar comes in many shades, color variation is normal.
